Short Course on Mindfullness
Would you like the opportunity to reduce stress, improve concentration, get better sleep, strengthen peace of mind and emotional regulation?
Join the Monaliiku mindfulness wellbeing course!
In the course, you will become familiar with the basics of mindfulness and receive practical tools to gently and graciously pause and enjoy the present moment. The exercises support everyday life, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
You do not need any prior experience; it is enough that you are curious, open-minded and want to feel better.
You can choose to register for just one course or all three. The date of each course can be selected separately on the registration page.
Course Schedules:
- Thursday 12.2.26 at 18.00–19.15
- Thursday 26.3.26 at 18.00–19.15
- Thursday 23.4.26 at 18.00–19.15
each course costs 10€.
You can participate in one or more courses. Payment details will be sent to registered participants that have enrolled by 6.2.2026 at the latest.
