Facilitating participation in our activities.
Organizing additional support when necessary (e.g., childcare).
Ensuring safety and adapting sports or swimming activities according to the individual’s needs.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data is based solely on the explicit consent of the individual.
For health-related data, explicit consent is required and collected voluntarily.
Data retention
Personal data will be retained as long as there is an active contact relationship or as long as necessary for activity organization.
If no interaction occurs within 24 months, the data will be securely deleted.
The individual may request immediate deletion of their data at any time.
Sensitive data
Health information, family situation, and support needs are considered sensitive data and will be treated with strict confidentiality.
They will only be used to adapt participation in our activities and will not be shared with third parties without additional consent.
