We offer energising and professionally guided private group fitness classes designed to motivate, strengthen, and bring people together through movement and physical activity. Our Class Options

Zumba

An energetic, fun class that combines dance and fitness training.

Participants move to Latin-inspired music and use steps from various dance styles, such as merengue, salsa, and reggaeton. The varying intervals make Zumba an excellent way to improve endurance, coordination, and mobility.

The class is suitable for everyone; the most important thing is to enjoy the music and movement.

Barre

A low-impact yet highly effective workout combining elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training.

The class is ideal for improving posture, toning muscles, and building core stability.

Fitness Boxing

A versatile and enjoyable form of exercise that improves endurance, strength, and coordination. Participants practice the basic movements and techniques of boxing without contact, making it suitable for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

The class includes exercises that target strength training and muscle stretching.

Pilates

A calm and effective form of exercise that strengthens the core, improves posture, and increases mobility. Focused on controlled movement, flexibility, and body awareness, it's best suited for improving posture, preventing injuries, and enhancing overall functional fitness.

KangooJumps

A dynamic and joint-friendly cardio workout performed with rebound boots that reduce impact while increasing intensity of both your jumps and your workout. Fun, energetic, and excellent for endurance and lower body strength.
