At the beginning of March 2023, our main sport instructor Ayisat Yusuf, representing Monaliiku, was in Ljubljana, Slovenia for a European Leadership Training Program.

Co-hosted by European University Sports Association | EUSA, its Institute and Fare network, this event is part of the Erasmus+ three-years project “Innovating Football Leadership through Practice and Policy” (iFLIPP).

40 professionals and leaders in the world of football and sports in general, especially women and ethnic minorities, were gathered for this event. For four days, she learnt, shared and enhanced ideas to become a future conscious leader for Monaliiku.

Thanks for this opportunity to share our views on how diversity and inclusion should be into sports’ world.

January event in Nigeria 

Ayisat also went in Nigeria at the beginning of this year for the 6th edition of an event organized by SheFootball initiative. We recorded small videos so she can explain more about this event.
