This module explores what mentoring looks like in intercultural and sporting contexts — and how to do it sustainably. You will clarify your role and responsibilities, build strong mentor–mentee relationships, set healthy boundaries, support your own wellbeing, and use practical tools to make mentoring more focused and effective.
